With complete trust, we complied, and holy cow, are we glad we did! With shades of Sade, Sarah McLachlan, and some 70's soul/funk, this will get some hearts and minds stirring.
She recorded the vocals solo, and sent them to the Ukraine to have V I F do his magic. Once it fell onto Mark's ears, he knew we could take this to the next level.
Be prepared to hear a number of remixes be churned out before Winter Music Conference 2014.
Miss Jackson's bio:
Singer/ Song writer, Sqootie Jackson, is an aspiring artist working her way to success. Though, the elements and various styles used in her expressions are familiar, altogether the sound is unique and daring to the ear. Miss Jackson was a former member of jersey's local rock/blues band 'Traveling in Stereo', and Trip Hop band 'Basement Skylights'. She has been a member of these bands since the age of 17. Now, at a becoming age, Miss Jackson is finally ready to spread her wings and take what she learned from her past experiences, into a new light. Jackson is also currently a student at Bloomfield College, where she is working towards her degree in Creative Arts Technology, concentration: Music Technology.
